The first two photos showcase a site design we came up for the shower valves. They are prone to wearing out over years and casting the valve in place was proven nearly impossible. This is a break before replacement pre cast “tile” that will allow for easy changing in the future years.
Thanks to @r.co_plumbing for working through the details on these. The rest are just photos of the past month or so. ❤️

Very soon we will begin throwing 1x6 at this exterior! Lots of tricky details on our windows, quite a bit of planning and coordinating. Things are going smoothly, smooth as eggs.

With a lot a bit of planning and hard work we are almost buttoning up our first board form section on the basement!

We’ll pour this section in the next few weeks and keep going up!

There will be a big slab on grade day, and following that! A big suspended slab day!

And we’ll do it all over again a few times!

This build is challenging but going really smoothly.

It’s an easy place to photograph with all the gorgeous furniture. We remained under budget and on schedule, which makes us feel very happy :)

Being a general contractor comes with good days and bad days! Mostly good I reckon. And even in those stressful moments I am overcome by gratitude for everyone I work with and clients that hire us.
